I am a Certified Project Manager and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. I've helped more than 1500 doctors plan, design, construct and equip their practices. I have resourced, interviewed and on-boarded hundreds of dental team members to include, clerical, administrators, assistants, hygienists and associate dentists. I am currently a member of the Tennessee Air National Guard and I enjoy mentoring young men as a middle school and high school lacrosse coach where I reside with my wife and family in Germantown, TN."
DOCS has evolved from a passion project, to a specialized design/construction company, and now to a dental consulting and education one-stop-shop for all dental professionals.
Wally began his dental career in sales and management for 2 of the largest dental equipment companies in the US. He left the corporate world to aid dentists in office builds and renovations. An opportunity arose to sell capital dental equipment independently as well. The breadth of knowledge from these experiences is the foundation for DOCS today.
Wally has been consulting with clients all over the country on dental projects for his entire 30+ year career. His specialties encompass all things dental - from building your office and making wise equipment purchases, to onboarding staff and budgeting your business. Wally understands how to play smart in the dental world.
For nearly 20 years, Wally has hosted a lecture series on office design and the intersection of dental equipment and construction at The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry as part of the required Practice Management course. DOCS also hosts an annual Meet and Greet with students and doctors for each graduating class of the University since 2006.
The Project Dental podcast was Wally's first digital media project. The "Recipe for a Dental Office" podcast series is available for free on all platforms! The creation of this podcast in 2021 was the inspiration to begin sharing the knowledge, skills, and abilities our clients gain with DOCS into accessible online education.

Julie is a vital member of our team. She handles everything from facilitating digital resources, managing client relations, and overseeing core business functions. We affectionately refer to her as "The Wally Manager"!

After helping our team develop The DAM App, Caleb stepped up to the plate as Director of Sales for DOCS. Caleb works with our clients to guide them through the DAM App functions and facilitate equipment appraisals.
